The Desk
Port Calder is a noir roleplay city for adults. Each of the women in it is an AI character, every case is invented, and the desk is where the people who wrote them sit.
What we set out to build
We wrote 16 women who each hold a secret and a reason to keep or share it. We wanted suspense that comes from character and not from a filter, so each source has her own pace, her own tells and her own limits, and the story bends to them. Noir is the oldest way of saying that people are rarely what they first appear. We tried to take that seriously.
The address, and what is behind it
The domain hints at a different kind of site, and we would rather say so than let you discover it. This one has no film in it, nothing on sale and no way to reach anyone outside the chat. Every woman has a sexy portrait, and a banner stretches across the home page. If that ever changes, the wire will say so first.
What the desk will not do
- Write a premise built on pressure, leverage or blackmail: no source is ever cornered.
- Present a character as a real informant, or arrange contact beyond the chat.
- Sell your chats or let advertisers read them.
- Put anyone below 18 into a scene, in any costume, under any alias.
